Usually includes
- Case and client records
- Case progress and activity tracking

- Secure sign-in and password recovery
- Reporting on workload and case progress

Usually includes

- Daily and weekly court lists for the team

Questions
Before you ask
- Why are legal systems priced on your Applications rate?
- A case management system, court diary or document store is a working application with records, roles and reporting, so it starts from the same published rate. Your proposal names one fixed cost for one defined scope.
- Can I start with one part, such as the court diary?
- Yes. Each system can be built on its own and joined to the others later.
- Who can see our case information?
- Only signed-in users your firm authorises. Access is set by role, so staff see what their role allows.
- When is payment due?
- A 50% deposit starts the work and the remaining 50% is due on delivery. Work outside the agreed scope is charged at GHS 500 per working day, agreed with you first.
