Beyuo&Co Vault was built to give a law firm practice tooling that usually needs enterprise software: a centralised, private case vault paired with dashboards that show how the firm and each lawyer are performing — branded for the firm and reachable from any device.
What It Is
Beyuo&Co Vault is a legal practice management system for firms that still run on paper files, spreadsheets and personal folders. It brings case records, documents, deadlines, court dates and team activity into one secure workspace, running privately on the firm's own domain.
On top of the case data sits an analytics layer: lawyer performance and daily activity tracking, revenue trend and growth reporting for partners, and a client portal so clients can follow their own matters. The system installs like an app on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac, and cached data stays viewable when the internet connection drops.
Problem Identified
Many firms keep case information across physical files, spreadsheets and individual laptops. Deadlines and court dates are tracked by hand, partners have no reliable view of who is carrying which workload, and lawyers can't reach case details from court or on a weak connection.
Proposed Solution
One secure system where every case, document and deadline lives, with role-based access for the team, activity and performance dashboards, growth reporting for partners, a client portal, and an installable app with secure sign-in and offline access to cached data.
Target Users
- Lawyers managing their cases, deadlines and court dates
- Firm staff handling case files and documents
- Partners who need performance and workload visibility across the team
- Clients who want to follow their own case progress
Product Thinking
- Confidential legal data means the system is private by default — nothing beyond the sign-in page is public.
- Firms adopt the system because of the case vault; they stay because of the analytics.
- Role-based access is a legal requirement here, not a settings screen added later.
- Lawyers work away from their desks, so the system installs on any device and keeps cached data readable offline.
- Onboarding and data migration are part of the product, since existing records live on paper.
